Returns
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive damaged or defective rental items, please notify us immediately upon receipt or discovery of the issue. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to resolve the problem promptly. Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement for the damaged or defective items.
Refunds
Reserved and Paid Items:
Once items are reserved and payment is made, refunds will not be issued. However, in special situations, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at info@haltoneventrentals.com or call (437) 605-3938 to discuss your situation.
Non-Refundable Items
Unused Items: Refunds will not be provided for items, whether used or unused.
Damaged or Altered Items: Items must be returned in their original condition without damage or alterations. Additional charges may apply for any damage, and no refunds will be issued for such items.
Delivery and Pickup Charges: Delivery and pickup charges are non-refundable once the service is completed.
Cancellation Policy
Event Cancellation:
If you cancel your event after reservation and payment, refunds will not be issued. However, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Changes to Orders
Modifications or Rescheduling:
If you need to modify your order or reschedule the rental period, please contact us at least 1 day in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to item availability. Additional charges may apply for modifications that increase the rental cost.
Important Notes
All rental items must be returned in their original condition without damage or alterations.
You are responsible for securely packing and protecting rented items during transportation. Damage caused during return shipping or delivery may result in additional charges and affect refund eligibility.
Refunds, if approved, will only be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
