At Halton Event Rentals, we deliver across Ontario from our Oakville location. Enter your venue address at checkout for an instant delivery quote—no guesswork, no hidden fees.

Transparent Pricing – Automatic calculation based on distance: $100 base + $4/km over 25km

Delivery Policies

All deliveries are curbside (driveway, garage, or front porch). Special placement requests (backyard, upstairs, etc.) can be selected during checkout delivery form and are subject to additional fee.

Standard Delivery
Flexible 4-hour window, delivered up to 24 hours before your event and picked up up to 24 hours after. We'll text/call when en route.

Exact Time Delivery (+$120)
Specific delivery/pickup times, early morning (before 8am), evening (after 8pm), Sunday Delivery, or strict venue windows.

Vehicle Surcharges (if order size requires):

  • Medium Load (+$50): Requires trailer

  • Large Load (+$150): Requires box truck

Available starting at $100 for up to 3 equipment categories. See fee table below for details.

Delivery & Setup Service Fees

    • $100 flat fee for addresses within 25km of Oakville
      $4 per additional km beyond 25km (automatically calculated at checkout when you enter your address)

      • Curbside delivery to driveway, front porch, or garage

      • Non-curbside placement (backyard, upstairs, etc.) subject to additional fees—indicate at checkout

      • Flexible 4-hour delivery window (standard)

      • Medium Load (+$50): Requires 6’×12’ trailer (few large items or quantities that does not fit a minivan / pick up truck)

      • Large Load (+$150): Requires box truck (Large quantities, multiple stage panels, tents, 50+ Tables, Round Tables etc)

    • Specific delivery/pickup times

    • After-hours, early morning, late-night

    • Dedicated vehicle & scheduling

    • Includes setup of up to 3 equipment categories:

      • Audio/Speaker Setup

      • Projector Setup

      • Tables (up to 20)

      • Chairs (up to 50)

      • Pipe & Drape (up to 50ft)

      • Catering Equipment (coffee urns, chafing dishes, etc.)

      • Games Setup

      High Peak Tents / Stage / Pop Up Tents Setup is included with Delivery Service
