- Less than 24hr notice, full invoice balance charged, no refund.

- Less than 1 week notice, 25% of invoice balance charged and remaining amount will be refunded

- More than 1 week notice, 3% of invoice balance charged to cover our payment processing fees, remaining amount will be refunded.

The rentals are given for a 24 hour period. To rent for a longer period, the daily rental rate will be multiplied by the number of days required. All charges are for time out, whether used or not.

Full payment for the order is due at the time of booking. You will be prompted and will have the option to pay using Credit Card of your choice (Visa / Mastercard / Amex) or through PayPal at checkout screen.

Yes, we offer door to door Delivery and Pick up of all rental equipment as well as set up of any equipment at additional cost. You will be prompted this option near checkout.

Liability: The Customer accepts all responsibility and liability for any property damage or personal injury arising from use of item(s) rented from the Business by any cause.

Loss and Damage: Customer is responsible for all rental equipment from the time received to the time they are returned to the Business. All items should be secured and protected from theft or damage. Missing or broken items will be charged at retail replacement value to your credit card on file as listed below

Late Returns: The customer agrees to return the rentals by a predefined date and time. Rentals returned after the agreed upon time will incur additional fees as follows:
